Photography & Videography Terms & Agreement

This form explains how photos and videos taken during a session may be used by the photographer. Please read carefully. Any session initiated is equivalent to agreeing on the following terms & agreement.

Ownership of Work

• All photos and videos taken by the photographer remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

• Clients will receive usage rights as agreed upon (prints, digital files, personal sharing, etc.), but do not own the copyright.

Photographer’s Use

Client allows the photographer to use photos and/or videos for the following purposes:

• Social media posts and online sharing (Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.)

• Portfolio and marketing materials (digital and print)

• Creative projects, exhibitions, and brand collaborations

• Educational or promotional use (workshops, presentations, etc.)

Respect & Professionalism

• The photographer will never use photos in a harmful, defamatory, or misleading way.

• The photographer agrees to represent the client respectfully in all public use.

Client Understanding

• The client understands and agrees that once shared publicly, the photographer cannot control third-party sharing (ex: reposts).

• The client may request that certain images not be posted, and the photographer will make reasonable efforts to honor this request.
